Business Design

Do you want to start a business but you don’t know where to start? In this workshop we help business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs start designing the business they want to create. We believe the best place to start is with your customer and will help participants conduct design research, create customer personas, and customer journey maps. In addition, we will cover how to discover your personal “why” and how to communicate that with your customers. You will leave the workshop with a fleshed-out business idea and an understanding of your potential customer.
