Business Model & Value Proposition

Our second workshop is set to cover business model and value proposition canvas creation. In this workshop we help business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs challenge their assumptions about their target market and customer. We will show you how to pivot your business model until you find product market fit. By the end of this two-day workshop, you will have an understanding of all the parts of the business model and value proposition canvases. You will have a completed first draft of a business model and value proposition canvas and know the next steps to testing those ideas.
