• Collaborate with local educators, employers, & workforce development organizations to continue to identify job opportunities and skills/training needed

• Address challenges, resources, & gaps to support sustainable workforce pipeline by having organizations develop trainings in alignment with their areas of expertise

• Connect employers to employees by recruiting participants for a workforce training program that leads to employer supported internship or job placement
